A RARE ONE!
Here is an Imperial iced tea glass or tumbler made in the Colonial Cabin (IG #106) pattern! You haven’t seen one? That is because these are exceedingly rare! The color here was called “Peacock” by Imperial or “smoke” in more modern terminology. Either way, the iridescence is BRILLIANT!!
Look at the PURPLE and BLUE and YELLOW here! Some great pinks too! I see no wear and there is no damage. Pardon glare.
The pattern itself… Colonial Cabin has some cool stuff in it! A spinning wheel, wagon wheel, old kitchen utensils, a cast iron kettle on the fire, an eagle… neat scene!!
Marked IG. Holds 13 ounces.
Made between 1962 and 1972. Nice rare, vintage glass!
